Kenny Lau | Co-Founder and Inventor

Kenny Lau is co-founder of Manning Technology Development Corporation, established with the purpose of developing mechanical and electrical engineering technology.  He is inventor of a patented elevator technology featuring safer and innovative components called “Self-Propelled Elevators and Elevator Brake Systems”.  This innovation came about from his extensive experience working at an elite elevator company that specializes in installing, testing and repairing all type of elevators. He started at a young age and rose through the ranks to become supervisor, and then director and owner of an elevator company.  Mr. Lau is also licensed as an Elevator Inspection Agency Director for the New York City Department of Buildings, who are licensed to operate and supervise elevator inspection agency operations. To qualify as an Elevator Inspection Agency Director, one must have a minimum of ten (10) years of satisfactory experience within the fifteen (15) years immediately preceding the examination application date supervising the assembly, installation, maintenance, repair, design or inspection of elevators.  He is currently director of Supreme Elevator Consulting Inc. and Supreme Cab designs, Inc., as well as an adviser of several major elevator companies.


Jack W. Chung | Co-Founder and CEO

Jack W. Chung, Esq. is an attorney at law, with a practice focused on international commercial litigation, and technology transfer‐related business transactions between the United States and China.  Mr. Chung’s concentration is in dealing with disputed matters in business relating to intellectual property issues.  He has represented clients in licensing agreements, patent‐related matters, settlement agreements, enforcement of trademark rights, and other business transaction matters. He is inventor of the Navigation System for the Visually Impaired and founded iVision Technology Corporation in 2017 and Second Sight Technology Corporation in 2018.  He co-founded Manning Technology Development Corporation in 2018.

Mr. Chung was an adjunct professor at the City University School of Law teaching intellectual property law and Internet and the Law in 2012-2013.  He established his own firm, Law Offices of Jack W. Chung, P.C., in 2004.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Chung was active in the Chinese‐American community.  He was a director of the United States‐China Lawyers Society (USCLS) and a business advisor certified by the New York State Small Business Development Center program; in this capacity, he advised more than 300 small business clients. He also was a Director at the United States-China Intellectual Property Institute from 2015-2018.

Mr. Chung was the Media Chair of Supreme Court Justice Doris Ling‐Cohan’s campaign in 2002, as well as various other election campaigns in New York City.

He graduated from Brooklyn College, cum laude, and received his J.D. from CUNY School of Law.  He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Chung is fluent in English and two Chinese dialects: Cantonese and Mandarin.


Jamy Tsang | Vice President

Mr. Jamy Tsang has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and sales in the automotive industry and is Vice President and Director of Sales of Manning Technology Development Corporation. As Director of Sales, he determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, and analyzing trends and results. He maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. He also has experience managing sales staff recruiting, selection, orientation, and training, as well as monitoring staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Mr. Tsang has conducted business transactions between the US and Hong Kong. He is experienced in negotiation and strategic business planning. He utilizes his years of experience to meet sales goals, build relationships, coach and manage staff, manage processes, develop market knowledge, and develop budgets.


George Gallego | Senior Engineering Advisor

Mr. Jorge Gallego is the Senior Engineering Advisor of Manning Technology Development Corporation. His main role is to advise the Manning on technological developments in the elevator engineering industry. After graduating with technical degrees in Medellin and Bogota, Colombia, Mr. Gallego has accumulated over 40 years of experience in elevator installation, repair and maintenance. This impressive experience has provided the credentials necessary for Mr. Gallego to be licensed as an Elevator Inspection Agency Director for the New York City Department of Buildings. Moreover, his decade-long employment at well-known Otis (1993-2003) as an elevator engineer has allowed Mr. Gallego to further fine tune his skills, with major duties in system troubleshooting, supervising and training.
